Dental Implant Super Centres (DISC) operates solely as a referral and patient support service. We connect patients with independent, qualified implant dentists and clinics within our partner network across Australia. DISC does not perform dental procedures, does not employ treating practitioners, and does not provide regulated health services as defined under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law.
All examinations, diagnoses, treatment plans, procedures and clinical outcomes are the sole responsibility of the dentist or clinic you choose to engage. That practitioner is solely accountable for the professional advice, services and care they provide to you. DISC makes no guarantees or representations about the quality, suitability, or results of treatment delivered by any third-party practitioner.
Marketing material published by DISC — including testimonials, case studies, before-and-after images, videos and pricing guides — is provided for general information only. These examples are illustrative and must not be taken as a guarantee of outcome. Individual circumstances, medical conditions, bone and gum health, and responses to treatment vary from patient to patient.
Any information provided through our website, advertising, enquiry process or initial discussions is general in nature and is not medical, dental or financial advice. An in-person consultation with a qualified practitioner is required before any diagnosis, recommendation or treatment plan can be confirmed.
Our website and enquiry services are not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 000. If you have severe dental pain, swelling, bleeding or trauma, seek urgent care from a dentist or hospital emergency department rather than submitting an enquiry.
Where our marketing refers to teeth being fitted “soon after surgery,” “same-day teeth,” or similar timeframes, this describes the intended timeframe for the fitting of temporary or provisional teeth following implant surgery. This approach is not clinically suitable for every patient. All decisions about treatment, staging and timing rest solely with the treating practitioner after clinical assessment.
Any prices shown in our marketing (for example, “from” pricing for single implants or full-arch treatment) are indicative guides only. Your actual cost will be set out in a written treatment plan and quote provided by the partner clinic after your consultation, and that quote is the only pricing you should rely on. Where a free consultation, smile design or similar offer is described as “valued at” a stated amount, that figure is a promotional valuation and is not redeemable for cash. Promotional offers may be varied or withdrawn at any time.
Accessing superannuation under the Compassionate Release of Super (CRS) provisions is governed by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and is subject to strict eligibility criteria. Every application is assessed independently by the ATO, on a case-by-case basis, and approval is not guaranteed.
DISC’s role is limited to general guidance and administrative support with documentation. DISC does not make decisions about superannuation access, cannot influence or guarantee the outcome of any application, and does not provide financial product advice. Accessing your superannuation early may affect your retirement savings and may have tax implications; you should consider obtaining independent financial advice before applying. Applying for external finance is likewise subject to the eligibility criteria of the relevant provider. Patients remain entirely responsible for arranging and managing their own financial affairs.
References to health funds accepted by our partner clinics are general in nature. Whether a rebate applies, and how much, depends on your individual fund, policy and level of cover. Please confirm directly with your health fund before commencing treatment.
Eligibility guidance and any documentation support we provide rely on the information you give us being complete and accurate. You are responsible for ensuring the personal, medical and financial details you provide are true and up to date. DISC is not responsible for outcomes, including declined applications, that result from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you.
To the extent permitted by law, DISC disclaims all liability arising from reliance on marketing material or preliminary information, and from any loss, claim, cost or delay connected with superannuation applications, the ATO, health funds or finance providers. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
By submitting your personal details through our enquiry forms, booking platforms or promotions, you consent to DISC contacting you by phone, SMS, email or other channels about your enquiry, including passing your details to a partner clinic for the purpose of arranging your consultation. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will never be sold to third parties. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
The DISC name, logo and all content on this website (including text, images and videos) are owned by or licensed to DISC. You may view and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, scrape, republish or use our content or branding without written permission.
Our website may link to third-party websites, including the ATO, health funds and partner clinics. Those sites are not operated by DISC and we are not responsible for their content or accuracy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and applies from the date it is posted. Your continued use of our website or services after an update is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be severed, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, including the laws of the state or territory in which the relevant services are provided to you, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
